Cimarron Homes Welcomes Project Manager Dwayne Harrison
Craig Morrison, President of Cimarron Homes, is pleased to announce that Dwayne Harrison has joined the company as Project Manager. Born in Florida, his father was in the military and their family made several moves before settling in Raleigh when Dwayne was in middle school. Dwayne is a graduate of Millbrook High School as well as Wake Technical Community College, where he received an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical and Architectural Design and Drafting.
Involved in the home building industry for 29 years, his first business experience was working as an architectural draftsman for the home building company his father joined upon retiring from the military. He then worked for several national builders, including NV Homes, Pulte Homes, and Standard Pacific Homes, where he advanced in positions ranging from superintendent and area construction manager to vice president of construction. At Cimarron Homes, Dwayne is responsible for all construction activity in Mebane’s Ashbury and Ashbury Crossings communities. He works closely with Cimarron’s trade partners to ensure homes stay on schedule with quality work and that they meet customer expectations.
“I like every aspect of the job, from taking a vacant lot to turning it into someone’s home” says Dwayne. “I very much enjoy working with our customers and trade partners through the entire construction process.”
“We’re excited to have Dwayne on our team,” says Cimarron Vice President Justin Morrison. “He brings tremendous experience to the table as a tenured industry professional,” adds Craig Morrison.
