Visit Cimarron Homes during this weekend’s Green Home Tour.

29 Phoebe Lane in Pittsboro’s Valley View is open this weekend, May 6-7, 12:00 pm – 5 pm each day.

Valley View is a neighborhood of 22 homesites off Andrews Store Road in Chatham County. Just 15 minutes south of Chapel Hill, the community features wooded homesites sized from just under an acre to over two acres, and desirably low Chatham County taxes. Fourteen acres of pastoral community open space include a small pond and creek. Although private and secluded, Valley View is moments to shopping and restaurants on 15-501 and the center of Chapel Hill.

With homes priced from the $300s to the $500s+, Cimarron’s single family homes at Valley View consist of ranch, one and one-half, and two story plans of 2,000 to 5,000 square feet and larger.

The Green Home Tour is a multi-site tour of green certified homes throughout Durham, Orange, Chatham, and Wake Counties is free and open to the public.
